“Driven by passion” puts young people in the driver’s seat of their careers and futures. Whether as part of the 45% of young Americas that use ride-share apps to get around or the 55% of Americans that use public transportation, our country spends a lot of time in transit.

Creative Ladder will take advantage of this generation’s downtime by partnering with Uber and interrupting the commute. No matter where our young creatives are heading, they will be inspired by their career possibilities before they reach their destinations.

IN CAR QUIZ:

The ad will run on tablets for passengers to interact with during Uber trips inviting everyone to take the Career Finder quiz right from their seats. Complete the quiz and earn $1 towards your fare!

SUBWAY TAKEOVER:

Bored on your way to school? Trying to kill time between transfers? The QR code drives train passengers to the Career Finder quiz. Only a couple of stops before riders discover which creative professions best suit their talents and passions.

HOW IT WORKS

If in an Uber, on public transit, or scrolling through TikTok somewhere in between, the Career Finder quiz is in our passengers’ hands. Taking only a few minutes, this generation of creative geniuses won’t miss a beat. Those in Ubers will take the quiz on the tablets many drivers utilize, or right in the app upon a ride beginning. Those riding on public transportation can scan the QR codes and begin the quiz; that is unless the interactive TikTok filter finds them first during their endless scrolls.

UBER APP POP UP:

When the Uber app opens, the ad appears. Even if not in a car, all Uber users can participate and take the quiz.
